 ABOUT THE PRODUCT

18% Pig Grow-Up DEN is a pelleted complete feed for pigs weighing 30-100 lbs. It is designed to be fed free-choice to support the growth, development, and bloom of young pigs being prepped for sale. Also ideal to feed as a receiving diet for show pigs after sale.  Can also be fed to growing pigs being raised for commercial grow/finish purposes.  Medicated with Denagard (for the control of swine dysentery); 2 day withdrawal time.

HOW TO FEED

Feed free-choice to pigs weighing 30-100 lbs. Each pig will consume ~2-3 bags of 18% Pig Grow-Up DEN during this phase of growth.  Daily feed intake should be ~1-4 lbs / head / day depending on the age and size of the pig.

ACTIVE DRUG INGREDIENT

Tiamulin Hydrogen Funarate………………..35 g/ton

For the control of swine dysentery associated with Brachyspira (formerly Serpulina or Treponema) hyodysenteriae susceptible to Tiamulin.

WARNING

Withdraw 2 days prior to slaughter.

 CAUTION

Feed continuously as sole ration for not less than 10 days. Do not feed to animals other than swine. The effects of Tiamulin on swine reproductive performance, pregnancy, and lactation have not been determined.  Use as the only source of Tiamulin. Swine being treated with Tiamulin should not have access to feeds containing polyether ionophores (e.g., Monensin, Lasalocid, Narasin, Salinomycin and Semduramicin) as adverse reactions may occur. If signs of toxicity occur, discontinue use of medicated feeds. Directions for use must be carefully followed.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION: Protect medicated feeds from excessive temperatures. Do not stored at warm temperatures, 104oF (40oC), for more than 7 days.

Store product in a clean environment free of moisture, rodents, insects, and other pests.  Do not feed moldy or repugnant feed.  This product has been formulated specifically for swine and is not intended for other species.
