ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Ewe Developer-Breeder Pellets are formulated specifically for ewes during flushing, breeding, and lambing. These pellets have a high energy level to increase ovulation during flushing and milk production during lactation. The pellets' elevated high levels of vitamin E and selenium help to reduce the incidence of while muscle disease in lambs.

HOW TO FEED

Flushing Adult Ewes and Lambs - Feed at the rate of 1 lb/head/day 30 days prior to introducing the rams and 30 days after the ram is introduced to the herd.

Third Trimester Adult Ewes** - Feed as the concentrate portion of the diet at the rate of 1 lb/head/day depending on the condition of the ewe.

Lactating Ewes** - Feed at the rate of 1-2 lbs/head/day depending on the stage of lactation and condition of the ewe.

Adult Rams in Maintenance** - Feed as the concentrate portion of the diet at the rate of 1-2 lbs/head/day.

Thin Rams and Ram Lambs – should be fed 2-2.5 lbs/head/day to attain a body condition score of 3.5 prior to breeding or during growth.

**Ewe lambs should receive 10-25% more concentrate/head/day depending on age, body condition, and size at breeding and lambing.

Ranch-Way’s Ewe Developer Breeder Pellets should be fed in conjunction with ample amounts of hay or pasture. Ewes should also receive free choice loose white salt and plenty of fresh, clean water in addition to this supplement.
