ABOUT THE PRODUCT 

Ranch-O-Min 1:1 Performance Mineral Tub is designed for convenience.  This is a vitamin and mineral supplement that is inspired by our, “Gold Standard,” our Ranch-O-Min 12-12-12 Mineral with Copper, only in a larger 200 lb package.  This is a complete mineral with a 1:1 Calcium to Phosphorus ratio, designed to meet or exceed the trace mineral requirements of beef cattle and horses maintained on pasture at 2-4 oz/hd/day intake.  This mineral tub can be fed through-out the year, however is most ideal as a mineral supplement during summer, fall, and winter months.  This mineral has chelated Copper, Zinc, Manganese, and Cobalt and an elevated level of Iodine to support strong hooves.

HOW TO FEED

Place containers in dry spots near loafing areas and water locations.  Feed at the rate of one container for every 15 to 20 head, with a minimum of two containers in each lot or pasture to ensure proper accessibility.  Free-choice consumption will depend on the size of animals fed, as well as the quality, source, and availability of other feeds.  Cattle and horses typically consume from 2 to 4oz/head/day.  Average consumption should not exceed 5.3 oz/head/day so that the intake of selenium does not exceed the legal maximum of 3 mg/head/day. Consumption can be regulated by increasing or decreasing the number of containers available to livestock.  Consumption will vary with the type and quality of forage available. Feedin accordance with the feeding directions on the label.
