 ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Meat Goat Starter-Developer is a pelleted feed that is designed to fulfill the nutritional needs of young goats.  Designed to support optimum muscle and bone growth in young kids. Palatable ingredients have been chosen to get kids started on creep feed quickly.  Digestible fat and protein from high-quality ingredients such as ground corn, soybeans, and cottonseed meal to increase bloom and condition.  A balanced calcium-phosphorus ratio along with ammonium chloride to reduce the incidence of urinary calculi. 

HOW TO FEED

Feed at the rate of 1 lb per 100 lbs of bodyweight per day to provide 22.7 mg of Decoquinate per 100 lbs of bodyweight per head per day.  This feed should be fed along with an adequate amount of long-stem fiber (hay), plus free-choice white salt and fresh, clean water at all times.

CAUTION

WARNING: Do not feed to goats producing milk for food.  Feed for at least 28 days during periods of exposure to coccidiosis or when experience indicates that it is likely to be a hazard.  Feed Type C feed or milk replacer at a rate of 22.7 mg per 100 lb. (0.5 mg/ kg) of bodyweight per day.

CAUTION: Do not use in feeds containing bentonite.

Store product in a clean environment free of moisture, rodents, insects, and other pests.  Do not feed moldy or repugnant feed.  This product has been formulated specifically for goats and is not intended for other species.
