SWEETLIX® RABON BLOCKS
Sweetlix®Rabon Pressed Block offers a proven method of stopping the fly life cycle before it starts and preventing new populations from developing. It controls four types of flies - horn, face, house, and stable flies. It is more effective in reducing fly populations than dusts, sprays, or ear tags. The added value during the late spring and summer fly season is an economical, effective, and easy to use method of controlling flies that can cause serious production losses in beef cattle, dairy cattle, and horses.
Feed 1 block per 5 head of cattle or horses. Feed blocks at the rate of 0.5 oz per 100 lb of bodyweight. This intake will supply 0.07 g of larvicide per 100 lb of bodyweight. Cattle or horses will consume about 5 oz per head daily. When animals consume the block at the recommended rate, it will supply 3 mg of supplemental selenium. Place blocks where animals congregate. Locate blocks throughout pasture, placing them near water and loafing areas. Do not feed free choice sources of salt or mineral containing salt in any form. These blocks are an adequate source of salt.
