ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Ranch-O-Ration 20% Pro-Min was designed for self-feeding applications where self-feeders are used to provide a supplemental source of protein and energy, plus vitamins and minerals, to beef cattle maintained on pasture.  This supplement was formulated so that at a 4 lbs/hd/day consumption rate, average weight mature beef cows will obtain their trace mineral requirement, and therefore additional trace mineral supplementation should not be needed (however, it is advised that you test your forages to determine actual supplementation needs of your livestock). 

HOW TO FEED

Offer to range cattle as the concentrate portion of the diet. This supplement can be hand-fed (weighed daily) or offered in free-choice feeders.  This is not a complete feed; make sure cattle have adequate pasture or roughage available at all times and are not starved for salt or minerals.  Make sure the cattle have free-choice access to plain white salt for at least 2 weeks prior to introducing Ranch-O-Ration.  

Consumption of Ranch-O-Ration 20% Pro-Min should be fed for an average daily intake of 2-4 lbs/hd/day;  manage availability of product to cattle accordingly.

 CAUTION

Store product in a clean environment free of moisture, rodents, insects, and other pests.  Do not feed moldy or repugnant feed.  This product has been formulated specifically for cattle and is not intended for other species.

 DO NOT FEED TO SHEEP DUE TO HIGH COPPER LEVEL.
