ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Hi Fat Hi Pro Cake - This is a high-protein (28%) all-natural (no added NPN) supplement ideal for cows maintained where winter weather conditions may be extreme and the cow’s metabolic requirements are elevated.  Supporting body condition in last trimester cows will increase pregnancy rate and improve calving sequence (by increasing the percentage of females in proper condition able to conceive earlier in the breeding season).  Feeding supplemental fat also has the greatest potential to improve the reproductive performance in first-calf heifers.  This supplement is comprised of cottonseed meal, sunflower seeds, and beans and has been fortified with Calcium (to balance the Calcium : Phosphorus ratio), plus Vitamin A. 

HOW TO FEED

Feeding rate for cattle is 1 – 4 lbs/hd/day. Feed in addition to an adequate supply of pasture or hay, plus free access to fresh, clean water.  Mineral needs to be offered in addition to this feed.

 DO NOT FEED TO HORSES!
