ABOUT THE PRODUCT

 14% Seedstock Calf Transition Ration w/Bio-MOS is a superior, high-fiber, value-added pelleted calf feed that provides calves with  supplemental protein, energy, vitamins, and minerals during times of stress (such as weaning, sale and/or transport, or being introduced to bunk feeding in a dry-lot scenario).  This feed is intended to be fed to purebred calves and those males and females going back into the breeding herd during. 

             14% Seedstock Calf Transition Ration w/Bio-MOSis specially formulated with Zinpro’s Availa-4 complexed (chelated) trace minerals, Ralco’s CoMax, a source of organic Cobalt, and Alltech’s Sel-Plex, Yea-Sacc and Bio-MOS products.  Bio-MOS is the original natural solution to intestinal issues and can be used in natural beef programs.  It promotes good bacteria in the gut and inhibits certain pathogenic bacteria, thereby maximizing herd health and performance. 

HOW TO FEED

 Limit feed at the rate of 1 lb per 100 pounds of bodyweight to calves during times of stress such as weaning, sale and/or transport, or being introduced to bunk feeding in a dry-lot scenario.     Can be limit fed as a creep feed to calves that are least 100 lbs or 1 month of age at the rate of 2 – 6 lbs / hd / day.  Do not feed free-choice nor exceed 6 lbs / hd / day as a creep feed.  This should always be fed along with roughage or with introduction to a growing ration.  Provide plenty of fresh, clean water at all times.   

CAUTION

Store product in a clean environment free of moisture, rodents, insects, and other pests.  Do not feed moldy or repugnant feed.  This product has been formulated specifically for cattle and is not intended for other species.

DO NOT FEED TO SHEEP DUE TO HIGH COPPER LEVEL.
